Seasoning the Self Retreat:

Hamble-Le-Rice, Southampton UK

February 20th - 22nd, 2026 | Starting at £375

What to Expect

A deeply nourishing winter weekend designed to help you slow down, restore, and reconnect.
You’ll experience gentle yoga and guided rest, seasonal rituals that honor dawn and dusk, and nourishing meals prepared with intention by a professional chef. Time outdoors in nature, creative reflection, and space for quiet “me time” are woven throughout the weekend, alongside meaningful connection and community.

Rooted in the wisdom of the Winter season and the Water element in Traditional Chinese Medicine, this retreat is about conserving energy, rebuilding reserves, and creating space for reflection. Across the weekend, we honour the natural rhythm of daylight, dusk, and rest, gently guiding you back into balance through mindful movement, seasonal nourishment, time in nature, and meaningful ritual.

❋ Intentional Structure

Connection is a core part of the process. Time to slow down and connect inward as well as meaningful connection in community within an intimate space.

❋ Collaborative Energy

Led by experienced guides, Catalina - Yoga Teacher, Nutritionist and Ellie - professional chef, who know how to hold space and intentionally lead “how to season your life for all the seasons.”

❋ Expert Facilitation

We prioritize comfort, inclusion, and respect—so you can show up as you are and fully engage in the process. Expect to leave feeling grounded, replenished, and supported with practical tools and inspiration to carry the essence of winter and seasonal living back into everyday life.

❋ A Supportive Space

Throughout the weekend, you’ll be guided through seasonal teachings and practical conversations on “how to season your life for all the seasons,” with thoughtful take-home materials to support you long after you leave.

"Season the Self" Nourishment, movement, and rest in rhythm with nature.
